Webster Equity Partners-backed Solace Pediatric Healthcare, a health care company that provides consultations and treatments for physical therapy, occupational therapy, completed the acquisition of The Hello Foundation, a company that offers school-based speech therapy, occupational therapy and school psychology to districts and children living in rural communities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
