Riverside-backed iCEV, an edtech company, completed the acquisition of a K-12 and post-secondary segment from Today’s Class, an e-learning platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Pairing Today’s Class’ expertise with iCEV’s content development team gives students and educational institutions more options to attract and accommodate a larger student base while optimizing the overall user experience.
