DigitalOcean completed the acquisition of Cloudways for $350m.

DigitalOcean, a cloud infrastructure provider, completed the acquisition of Cloudways, a cloud hosting company, for $350m. “SMBs represent more than 50% of global gross domestic product and spend $70bn on cloud infrastructure today. With this acquisition, we are making it easier to launch, build and scale a business on DigitalOcean,” Yancey Spruill, DigitalOcean CEO.
