OpenGate Capital completed the acquisition of Extol from MCH.

OpenGate Capital, a global private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Extol, a metalwork in Toledo, Spain, from MCH, a Madrid-based private equity Firm focused in the mid-market. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Extol is related to the formation of a European group focused on the aluminium extrusion market including another company, Aluminium France Extrusion. Together, the business will be named Aluminium Solutions Group.
