Krystal Growth Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Joto Imaging Supplies, a provider of digital decorating solutions and supplies for the digital custom printing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joto is a market leader in a niche industry with a proven track record of growth and stable margins.
