Hamilton Robinson-backed Tanknology to acquire Norton Corrosion from Heath Consultants.

Hamilton Robinson-backed Tanknology, a provider of tank testing and environmental compliance services, agreed to acquire Norton Corrosion, a designer and manufacturer of cathodic protection systems and corrosion control products, from Heath Consultants, a provider of safety services to natural gas suppliers.
