Bradesco, a Brazilian financial services company headquartered in Osasco, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in BV DTVM, which concentrates the management of third-party funds and the private banking activity of BV bank, from Banco Votorantim, a commercial bank. Financial terms were not disclosed.
