Renaissance completed the acquisition of Illuminate Education.

Renaissance, a developer of cloud-based assessment, teaching and learning platform, completed the acquisition of Illuminate Education, a developer of an education platform designed for collecting, reporting, organizing and analyzing student data. Financial terms were not disclosed. Merging these two K-12-centric companies will accentuate their leading presence in the assessments and evaluations product category.
