Chess.com completed the acquisition of Play Magnus for $82m.

Chess.com, a chess site with a community of more than 90m members, completed the acquisition of Play Magnus, a firm engaged in ownership, development, marketing, and sale of chess-related eLearning and eSports services, for $82m.
