Building Industry Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Valley Fire Protection Systems, a firm that installs, services, and repairs fire suppression and plumbing systems. BIP forms new fire & life safety platform, Endeavor Fire Protection, with the acquisition of Valley Fire Protection Systems.
