BentallGreenOak completed the acquisition of Portman Square House from AXA for £151m.

BentallGreenOak, a real estate investment management advisor, completed the acquisition of Portman Square House in London from AXA, an investment partner, for £151m ($178m). “The acquisition of Portman Square House marks the successful redeployment of capital for Welput, after recently selling circa £300m of assets in St James which had come to the end of their business plans," Ker Gilchrist, BentallGreenOak Managing Partner.
