PEXA Group completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Slate Analytics from FrontierSI and UNSW Sydney.

PEXA Group, an Australia-based company, which operates a digital property settlements platform, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Slate Analytics, a firm that calculates property valuations for urban development, from FrontierSI, a not-for-profit company that exists to deliver major benefits to governments, and UNSW Sydney, a research and teaching university. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through Slate Analytics, FrontierSI and UNSW have realised our vision of bringing cutting edge AI and technology into the property valuation products and services space. The investment by PEXA will be critical to furthering this vision and expanding the impact that this capability will have for Australia and beyond," Graeme Kernich, FrontierSI CEO and Slate Analytics Director.
