Intakt Bilskade completed the acquisition of Skala.

Intakt Bilskade, an operator of an independent used car dealership, completed the acquisition of Skala, an auto services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There are many pieces that have to fall into place, so we have a big job ahead of us. We are now starting to collect Norway's roughest chain in damage and paintwork, and uncover opportunities for further growth. This will be incredibly exciting," Fredrik Karlsen, Intakt Bilskade Manager.
