JP Morgan-backed SouthWest Water, an operator and manager of water and wastewater systems, completed the merger with water and wastewater businesses of British Columbia Investment-backed Corix, a provider of sustainable water, wastewater and energy utility infrastructure solutions and created Nexus Water Group.
