Randy Hetrick and JFXD Capital to acquire TRX.

Randy Hetrick, TRX founder and former CEO, and JFXD Capital, a US-based private investment firm based in Delray Beach, Florida, agreed to acquire TRX, a global fitness brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It's gratifying to be back at the helm of TRX at a time when the world is emerging from Covid and the Company needs inspired, innovative leadership," Randy Hetrick.
