One80 Intermediaries, a specialty insurance broker, completed the acquisition of Montage, a provider of furniture protection plans, partnering with furniture retailers to develop, market and sell peace of mind to consumers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “One80 entered the warranty business in 2020 with the acquisition of Safeware, a fully licensed insurance agency and Third-Party Administrator for extended warranty and service plan solutions.
