Andera Partners completed a €40m investment in Naitways.

Andera Partners, a private equity firm, completed a €40m investment in Naitways, a French player in tailor-made IT solutions and infrastructures. “The IT services outsourcing market and in particular the Cloud infrastructure hosting segment, at the heart of Naitways' activity, has experienced sustained growth for many years; growth which is expected to continue in the years to come.
