FIELDS Group completed the acquisition of KENT Group from The Berner Group.

FIELDS Group, an entrepreneurial and hands-on investor, completed the acquisition of KENT Group, a provider of high-performance chemical and technical products, from The Berner Group, a family owned champion company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “KENT has a long-standing heritage as one of the world’s leading brands for high-performance specialty chemicals as well as technical products for different end markets and has built a loyal customer base. The company is very well positioned to play a pivoting role in the ever-changing and continuously digitizing market for specialty chemicals.
