Main Capital Partners to acquire a majority stake in PLATO and iqs Software.

Main Capital Partners, a rapidly growing investment management firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in PLATO, an international software company, and iqs Software, a developer of software designed to serve enterprises to manage businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Organizations across the globe increasingly realize the need to adopt Engineering and Quality Management Software to comply with frequent changes in legislative requirements, meet market demands and ensure customer safety.
