TOI TOI & DIXI completed the acquisition of Van Poucke Rental.

TOI TOI & DIXI, an operator of mobile connection-free sanitary units, completed the acquisition of Van Poucke Rental, a provider of mobile sanitary solutions for the events industry in Belgium. Financial terms were not disclosed. TOI TOI & DIXI aims to expand its presence in Belgium by strengthening its network and providing the best and most reliable service experience. After the acquisition of Liekens earlier this year, TOI TOI & DIXI has found in Van Poucke another partner to further strengthen its leading position in the Belgian market and enlarge its product offerings in the events industry.
