Zenitech completed the acquisition of AutSoft.

Zenitech, a transformational technology company, completed the acquisition of AutSoft, a provider of software and technology development services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Hungary is a key strategic location for us because of its central position within Europe and its access to some of the best technology talent in the region.
