Caldic to acquire Avatar.

Caldic, a provider of specialty chemicals, ingredients and associated services, agreed to acquire Avatar, a distributor of specialty food ingredients and custom solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome the Avatar team aboard Caldic.
