Bango, a firm that offers mobile internet payments platform, completed the acquisition of Docomo Digital, a provider of payments services intended for app stores and digital merchants. Financial terms were not disclosed. Acquiring Docomo Digital brings an additional $3.5bn of end user spend from the c.2bn users worldwide they reach. This is significant additional scale for Bango achieved through one deal, not just because it brings more payments revenue but also because it gives us nearly double the data to monetize via Bango Audiences.
