ClearCourse to acquire Club Systems International.

ClearCourse, an operator of membership management and payments businesses, agreed to acquire Club Systems International, a developer of sports management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sports and leisure is an exciting sector which continues to be invigorated by great software designed with clubs, organisers and members in mind.
