PetroRio to acquire Dommo Energia for $180m.

Synopsis

PetroRio, an oil company, agreed to acquire Dommo Energia, an oil and gas company, for $180m. Dommo's shareholders will receive 0.05 PetroRio shares or 1.85 real per Dommo share. Under the MoU, PetroRio has exclusive negotiating rights for Dommo for six months after the signing.
