Imperial Dade completed the acquisition of International Sales & Marketing.

Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies, completed the acquisition of International Sales & Marketing, a a manufacturer representative, importer and distribution company operating in the markets of Puerto Rico. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Eduardo runs a fantastic company and operates with similar values to that of Imperial Dade.
