Holland Capital-backed European Digital Transformation consortium completed the acquisition of OnePLM from BGF.

Holland Capital-backed Magnus, Dimensys Process & IT Consulting, cards PLM Solutions and Appronto completed the acquisition of OnePLM, a Siemens PLM software technology firm, from BGF, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the last 25 years OnePLM has evolved to become one of the largest and most successful Siemens PLM solution providers in the world. In meeting the demands of our customers and market, and despite unprecedented recent challenges, our business has trebled in size over the last three years. The next phase is to expand further the software and services we are able to offer our clients to support a comprehensive Digital Transformation strategy.
