CPE Capital-backed ASDAM, an Australian sovereign defence and advanced manufacturing group, completed the acquisition of TAE Aerospace, a manufacturer of aerospace components, and RUAG Australia, an independent supplier and life cycle support provider of systems and components. TAE Aerospace and RUAG Australia join Marand as part of the ASDAM Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TAE and RUAG Australia’s focus on sustainment of aerospace and defence platforms will be highly complementary to the design, engineering and advanced manufacturing capabilities of Marand and Levett in the ASDAM Group.
