Centurion Apartment REIT, a real estate investment trust, completed the acquisition of The Aurora, a multi-residential apartment located at 230 Aurora Crescent in Kelowna, British Columbia. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re looking forward to this exciting new addition to our British Columbia portfolio. This new property will represent Centurion’s third acquisition in Kelowna and the 17th acquisition within the province of British Columbia, resulting in a total of 1.7k total rental units located throughout Burnaby, Victoria, Surrey, Langford, and Kelowna,” Greg Romundt, Centurion President and CEO.
