Oakley Capital to invest in vLex.

Oakley Capital, a mid-market private equity investor, agreed to invest in vLex, a developer of a legal information platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “vLex has all the hallmarks of an Oakley deal: a fast-growing, disruptive business model in a niche sector, led by ambitious business founders.
