Mintz Group completed the acquisition of Barber Mullan & Associates.

Mintz Group, a due diligence services provider, completed the acquisition of Barber Mullan & Associates, a research and investigations firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition strengthens the Mintz Group’s capabilities in a complex part of the world, further reinforcing our commitment to provide our clients with the solutions they need to most effectively assess risks and win disputes.
