BlackFin Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a 74% stake in Grupo Concentra. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our goal is to grow in profitability and size with acquisitions that provide turnover and complement our current lines of business. Our ambition to become the undisputed leader of the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal), both in terms of customers and revenues, is supported by an ambitious but feasible business plan," José Luis Ocón, Concentra Group CEO.
