Krystal Growth Partners completed the acquisition of Huer Foods.

Krystal Growth Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Huer Foods, a chewy candy packaging and distributing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am excited to join Krystal and the Huer team to expand and grow the company. Chewy candy is a rapidly expanding segment in confection and Huer is uniquely positioned to capitalize on that growth,” Terry Holland, Krystal Managing Partner.
