Shore Capital Partners-backed EyeSouth Partners, a company specializing in ophthalmology-focused management services, completed the acquisition of Raleigh Ophthalmology, a provider of medical and surgical eye care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We view this as an opportune time to partner with an organization like EyeSouth, who can provide the resources and expertise to allow us to achieve our vision of growth while retaining the clinical quality that Raleigh Ophthalmology is known for,” Dr. Paul Riske, Raleigh Ophthalmology President.
