NextPharma to acquire a manufacturing site in Asker, Norway from Takeda.

NextPharma, a European pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization, agreed to acquire a manufacturing site in Asker, Norway, from Takeda, a Japanese multinational pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
