Indonesia Investment Authority completed the acquisition of Kanci – Pejagan and Pejagan – Pemalang toll road of Trans Java Toll Road from Waskita Karya.

Indonesia Investment Authority, the sovereign wealth fund of Indonesia, completed the acquisition of Kanci – Pejagan and Pejagan – Pemalang toll road of Trans Java Toll Road from Waskita Karya, a state-owned construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The agreement is a great step forward in our efforts to disburse investments for the development of key infrastructure, especially toll roads.
