RTC Partners-backed Verdantas completed the acquisition of JM Sorge.

RTC Partners-backed Verdantas, a provider of engineering, planning, and science services, completed the acquisition of JM Sorge, an environmental consultant. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to welcome a talented group of EAR and EHS professionals to the Verdantas team.
