IMCD completed the acquisition of Kuni Chemical.

IMCD, a distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients, completed the acquisition of Kuni Chemical, a distributor of chemicals and industrial materials based in Osaka, Japan. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to join IMCD as we see a good fit between our culture and business model.
