Gryphon Investors completed the investment in SK Capital-backed Techmer PM.

Gryphon Investors, a private equity firm, completed the investment in SK Capital-backed Techmer PM, a manufacturer of custom colours and additives for the plastics, fiber, agriculture, appliance and floor coverings industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since our initial investment in 2020, SK Capital has been proud to partner with John Manuck, Mike McHenry, and the entire Techmer team to place a qualified management team, implement a strong commercial strategy, and facilitate its extraordinary growth.
