Bluefield Partners, a London-based investment group focused on renewable energy, completed the acquisition of CIC Ceneselli, an owner of three photovoltaic plants located in Ceneselli, from CIC Group, a firm that specializes in the fields of renewable energy, energy-saving construction, and sustainable development consulting. Financial terms were not disclosed.
