Elvaston, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of groupe.id, a Swiss provider of enterprise resource planning software solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. groupe .id employs 55 people and serves over 257 customers. The aim of the partnership is to support the strong organic growth in Switzerland and to further expand it through acquisitions.
