BNP Paribas Fortis-backed Arval, a provider of car leasing solutions, agreed to acquire Terberg Business Lease, a full-service leasing joint venture company, from Royal Terberg, a specialized vehicle manufacturer, and Autobinck, a European mobility market company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The sale of Terberg Business Lease Group is in keeping with our strategy of devoting our full attention to the divisions that design, manufacture and maintain specialised vehicles. Arval is a highly-renowned business and a major player in the international auto leasing market that offers TBLG great prospects for further growth under its roof," Godfried Terberg, Royal Terberg Group Executive Board chair.
