Altano Energy, a renewables platform, completed the acquisition of Grupo Navarro, an electricity generation firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, the company will contribute to reducing the emission of more than 70k tons of CO2 into the atmosphere each year, generating the equivalent of clean energy supply for more than 80k homes.
