Abac, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the industrial business of Intermas Group, a company dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of extruded plastic mesh. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our ambition is to crystallize the opportunities that lie ahead of the company, such as fueling its growth in markets where it is less present and making sustainability a tool to create value.
