Naxicap-backed Moria Surgical to acquire Alchimia.

Naxicap-backed Moria Surgical, a manufacturer and distributor of high precision instruments, agreed to acquire Alchimia, an Italian player in retina surgery and keratoplasty. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome the Alchimia team to our group.
