Advent-backed IRCA to acquire Anastasi Group.

Advent-backed IRCA, an international provider of chocolate, creams, and high-quality ingredients, agreed to acquire Anastasi Group, an Italian food ingredients company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to the support of Advent International, one of the largest and most experienced private equity investors in the world, we will develop our projects with an increasingly international vision, and through the integration in the IRCA Group we will implement significant industrial synergies.
