Audax Private Equity completed the acquisition of DISA Global Solutions.

Audax Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of DISA Global Solutions, tech-enabled provider of employee screening, compliance, and workplace health & safety solutions from Court Square Capital, an investment company.
