CI Capital Partners-backed Arch Amenities Group completed the acquisition of Innovative Spa Management, Privai and Spa Space.

CI Capital Partners-backed Arch Amenities Group, a provider of amenities management and consulting services for commercial and residential properties including hotels, spas, meetings and events, private clubs and recreation spaces, completed the acquisition of Innovative Spa Management, Privai and Spa Space, three spa operators. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bringing these businesses into Arch Amenities Group complements our expanding set of services.
