AMAG, an aluminum recycler, agreed to acquire Helion, a firm specializing in the photovoltaic systems, from Bouygues Energies & Services, a firm operating in energy, digital and industrial transformation industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Helion makes it possible to offer our private customers complete solutions for everything to do with electromobility via our trading and service partner network," Helmut Ruhl, AMAG Group CEO.
