Cross Country Healthcare to acquire Mint Medical Physician Staffing and Lotus Medical Staffing.

Cross Country Healthcare, a tech-enabled workforce solutions and advisory firm, agreed to acquire Mint Medical Physician Staffing, a stuffing agency, and Lotus Medical Staffing, an employment agency. Financial terms are not disclosed.
